Thank you for shopping with SUITED BY RED. We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping details below.


Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Our fulfillment facility, HOUSE OF RED PRODUCTIONS – SUITED BY RED Fulfillment Center, is closed on major U.S. holidays.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Processing times exclude holidays

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may experience minor delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $150+

  • Standard shipping rates apply for all orders under $150, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

  • Expected Arrival: 1–7 business days after your order has shipped.
    Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

    PRE-ORDER POLICY

    Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.

    1. Order Processing
      Orders will begin processing on the release date advertised on the site. SUITED BY RED reserves the right to adjust release dates with proper notification to customers. Processing may take up to 1-3 business days starting on the release date (or the first business day after the release date if it falls on a holiday or weekend).

    2. Multiple-Item Orders
      If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. 

 


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. SUITED BY RED is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from address errors provided by the customer

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please open a claim directly with the carrier. We will gladly assist when possible but cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
